La Luna is located on a beautiful stretch of more than 50 meters (165 feet) of beach frontage and well over an acre in size. Accommodations consist of 7 very special & romantic cabanas, 5 situated right on the beach with a unique view of the beautiful blue ocean and 2 in the lush La Luna gardens of which the penthouse has an incredible view of the jungle and the sunset and a beautiful 4-bedroom villa with large private pool in the lush La Luna gardens. The names reflect the very different, unique style and atmosphere of each of these cabanas. All cabanas were built and decorated in 2007 and the private villa with pool and jungle view penthouse and garden suite were built in 2009

Each cabana is furnished with:
» Private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, cold & hot water
» Bamboo "roofs" over the beds with large Mosquito nets and fans inside for a nice breeze
» 24 hour Electricity (both solar panels and a wind generator)
» Linens, pillows and blankets
» Bath and beach towels
» Large drinking water reservoir

The property has the following general amenities:
» Daily cleaning of cabanas
» Full bar and restaurant open from 7:00am till 9:30pm
» Bar service on the beach

» Large natural rock dining tables located under a massive seagrape tree

FAQ
Are breakfasts included daily? Is coffee available in the rooms or available for early risers?
Continental breakfast is included and coffee is delivered to your porch daily at 8am (or earlier upon request)

What are the hours of your restaurant?
The restaurant hours are 8:30am until 10:30pm

Is alcohol available? Can you bring drinks to the beach?
Alcohol is available and you are allowed drinks on the beach.

Are coolers in the rooms?
There are no coolers in the room, however if you book villa Zanzibar, it has a small fridge (7 night minimum stay required).

What, if anything, is available for beach activities? (boards, balls, etc)
We have 2 boards, and 2 balls available.

Are your showers freshwater or saltwater?
Our showers are filtered saltwater.

Are there personal safes in the room? Wifi?
There are safes in the rooms as well as free wifi for our guests.

Do you have a reception area or do we need to notify you prior to our arrival?
We do have a formal reception now, however it is not 24-hour so you will need to notify us of your expected arrival time.

How far in advance does on have to reserve time for a massage? What is the rate?
If you would like to book a massage, 24 hours notice is fine, but 48 hours is best so we can assure our massuese is available. The rate varies depending on the massage and length, but they usually run around $70 to $100 USD.
