There is a three night minumum stay. During the Christmas holiday period, only weekly rentals can be made. Rates are including taxes
Reservation/cancellation policy:
We request a 50% deposit via paypal to secure the reservation. The balance needs to be paid in full 2 weeks before your stay. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the actual reservation, we will refund 50% of the actual paid deposit (ie 25% of the total booking price). In case of cancellations within 60 days of the start of the reservation period, no refunds will be given, but half of the deposit can be used for another stay for up to a year after the start date of the initial reservation.
Check-in time is 3:00pm, check-out time is 12am. Guests arriving after 8pm should anounce
this in advance so that we can arrange for a welcome.
